Everything Fuoriclasse Live does

From setup to the award ceremony: what you do, and what referees, parents and sponsors see. The images are real screenshots of the software, with made-up teams.

Organisers

Set up the tournament in minutes

From your computer or phone you create the tournament, age groups and teams. The panel guides you step by step and keeps everything in one place.

  • Several age groups in the same tournament, each with its own rules
  • Excel import: upload the teams and groups you already have
  • Groups, second rounds and knockout stages with a bracket that fills itself
  • Test the tournament before it starts, with simulated results
  • PDF and Excel schedules to print or send to the teams
  • No time? We'll set it up for you

The schedule works itself out

Set match length, breaks and available pitches. The software assigns times and pitches with no overlaps, even over several days.

  • Multiple pitches and venues, with address and map
  • Lunch break and start times for each day
  • Priority for teams travelling from far away
  • Change the order with the arrows: times are recalculated

Referees

Results are entered from a phone

Each referee gets a link and a code: no app, no password. They pick the match, enter the score and confirm it.

  • Two taps to enter a result, or type it in words (“Leoni 3 Aquile 1”)
  • Scorers with the shirt number taken from the team sheet
  • Penalties when a knockout match ends in a draw
  • If a link ends up in the wrong hands, change it with one tap

Parents and fans

The whole tournament on your phone, live

Just scan the QR code at the entrance. The tournament page has the club's logo and colours and updates itself.

  • No app to download: it opens in the browser
  • Every parent picks their child's team and always finds it at the top
  • Alert for every result and goal animations
  • Standings, knockout stages, scorers and pitches with directions
  • In 7 languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Greek
  • Fan votes for special awards

On a computer, a wide page

On a computer the page widens: matches in two columns, live standings always visible alongside and the button for TV mode.

  • Live standings always visible while you scroll the matches
  • Sections and age groups in a bar that stays at the top
  • It can also be embedded in your club website

The grand finale

The award ceremony on everyone's phone

When the last final ends, the trophy and podium appear on the tournament page and on the TV. You can replay it whenever you like.

  • Animated podium with champion, runner-up and third place
  • Result animations for every match (they can be switched off)
  • Special awards chosen by the organisers or voted by the fans

Instagram stories, ready to go

Under every played match there's “📸 Story”: you get an image with your crest, the result and your sponsors. On your phone tap “Share on Instagram”, choose Story and post.

  • Results, final standings and champions, in story format
  • With your crest and the tournament link, to add with the Link sticker
  • Sponsors in every story: more visibility for the people who support you
  • Parents can share them too, from the tournament page

Connect a screen or a projector and open TV mode: matches and standings rotate on their own, always up to date.

  • Pages that rotate on their own: results, upcoming matches, standings
  • QR code to follow the tournament on a phone
  • Sponsors in the bottom banner
  • Landscape and portrait screens, with different visual themes

Your club

The tournament with your brand

The tournament page, the TV and the PDFs carry your club's logo, colours and style. Fuoriclasse Live stays small, as a signature.

  • Colours taken from your logo automatically
  • 7 styles for the name, or your own font or lettering
  • The tournament on your own address (e.g. tournament.yourclub.com)
  • Privacy notice ready to use, to customise
  • Your socials shown to the audience

What it doesn't do

We'd rather tell you straight away, so you know exactly what to expect.

  • It doesn't stream match video. It shows results, standings and scorers live, not footage from the pitch.
  • It doesn't collect team entry fees. Payments between your club and the teams stay as you handle them today.
  • It doesn't replace official documents. Match reports and federation team sheets remain the ones your association requires: the software's team sheets are for organising.
